If the app does not install or run on your supported Mac or Windows computer and we can't fix it, email matthewroyaal@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
Because the Software is a digital download, we don't give refunds for trading results, Paper or Real. Results are never guaranteed.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days. Your license and download links end when a refund is issued.
