Matthew's Trading Bots ("the Software") is a downloadable Mac and Windows app that runs automated futures strategies (NQ/MNQ and MES) on a brokerage account you connect: Webull or Tradovate. Each bot runs on a Paper (simulated) account by default. You can switch a bot to a Real account with your own broker keys. The Software does not connect to TopstepX. Its Topstep mode is a sizing plan only.
The Software costs $500, paid once through Stripe. There is no subscription.

Backtest results are hypothetical. They are made with historical data and estimated costs, and they have built-in limits. They are not actual trading. Past results, real or hypothetical, do not guarantee future results. Futures trading carries a substantial risk of loss, and Real accounts can lose real money.
Real trading is off unless you turn it on. It needs your own live broker keys, a typed confirmation, and it runs with built-in limits: a $500 floor, a daily loss limit and a 2-contract cap. These limits reduce risk but cannot remove it. Orders can fail, fill at worse prices, or be delayed by your broker, the market, or your computer or connection. You are fully responsible for every trade on your accounts.
A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use the Software on your own computers. You may not resell it, share download links, reverse engineer it, or redistribute it.
You are responsible for your broker accounts, your API keys, your computer and your internet connection, and for every decision to trade. Keep your computer on during market hours, or the bots cannot run.
The Software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, uptime or accuracy.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Software. We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits or indirect damages.
We may update these terms. We may end your license if you break them.
